  • What airlines does this app support?

    Crew Roster currently supports Emirates cabin crew only. Support for other airlines may be considered in the future.
    To suggest your airline, contact support at support@crewroster.app.

  • Is my data stored in the cloud?

    Not at this time. All data is stored locally on your device. Cloud sync may be introduced in future updates.

  • Do I need an internet connection?

    Yes. Features like automatic roster sync and flight data updates require an active internet connection.

  • Is my data secure?

    Yes. This app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data externally. Only anonymized crash logs are stored to help identify stability issues.

  • Can I test the app without a crew account?

    No. The login flow relies on valid crew email and is intended for active crew members only.
    If you are not an active crew, but want to get access to your past roster, please contact support.

  • Is there an Android version?

    No. Crew Roster is currently available for iOS 17+ only.

  • How is my roster data retrieved?

    We use a secure API to retrieve your roster from airline crew systems. No external services or data storage is involved.

  • Why does the app only sync the last few years, even though I’ve worked longer?

    The app retrieves all data made available by the airline’s system. If only recent years are synced, it’s likely due to limitations of the airline’s API on historical data access.

  • Can I add data manually?

    This feature is not supported at the moment. Feel free to vote for it on the feature request page.
